Centenary 2010

Girlguiding UK is 100 years old in 2010.

All members of Hove Division from Rainbows to the Trefoil Guild have been enjoying a year of celebrations.

On World Thinking Day 2010 there was a huge celebration at the Brighton Centre on Sunday 7th March, the theme was world music. You can read more about the Thinking Day celebrations on our Hove division news page.

Then between 30th July - 6th August 2010 Blacklands Farm hosted Olave 2010 Centenary International Camp. As well as the camp for guides, senior section and leaders, there were overnights for rainbows and brownies. You can read more about the camp on our Hove division news page.

Then on 20th October 2010 at 20:10 Hove will join with the rest of the country as hundreds of thousands of leaders, rangers, young leaders, guides, brownies and rainbows make their promise together.
