Brownies

Brownies are aged seven to ten years old. There are thirteen Brownie groups in Hove, Portslade, Hangleton, Mile Oak and Blatchington. They meet at:

St Nicholas Parish Centre
St Leonards Church Hall
Holy Cross Church Hall

Brownies are run by a team of volunteers and we're always looking for more help, you can register your interest here. You don't have to volunteer every week, just whatever time you can spare.

Here's something you might not know about Brownies...

One third of eight-year-old girls in the UK are in Brownies and former members include Anita Roddick, Carole Vorderman, Kate Moss, Glenda Jackson, Lorraine Kelly, Mo Mowlan, Helen Sharman (the first British woman in space), Tanni Grey-Thompson and Carole Vorderman.
